One in ten people in Loveland faces food insecurity, and that number could easily go up as grocery costs continue to rise. Your partnership will help us move that number to zero by enabling us to sustain critical food assistance through challenging times, to expand our programs, and to reach more families in need.
LIFE Food Pantry uses 89 cents of every dollar to serve people who need assistance. LIFE Food Pantry does not receive federal, state, or local government funding.

Volunteering at the food pantry
Volunteers are essential to creating a welcoming and efficient experience for those we serve. Several volunteer roles are available, and they’re all important to our success.
Picking up donations
Generous, local businesses regularly donate surplus food. We need volunteers to pick up these donations and deliver them to the pantry. Opportunities are available almost every day, making it a flexible and impactful way to support LIFE Food Pantry.
Hosting a food drive
Food drives are a fantastic way to stock our shelves, raise awareness in the community, and bring people together for a great cause. More people in Loveland need assistance than ever before. Support from individuals, neighborhoods, sports teams, congregations, businesses, and others help us keep up with demand.
Hosting a food drive is simple:
- Contact us to schedule a drop-off time. It’s important to coordinate your drop-off time in advance because there’s always a lot going on at LIFE Food Pantry.
- Review this list of items we can accept or select a specific donation category for your drive.
- Spread the word to your group through flyers, social media, or word of mouth. Be sure to let us know you’re hosting a food drive.
- Hold your event and collect donations.
