Requirements for your first visit to LIFE Food Pantry

LIFE Food Pantry will provide food for you during your first visit if:

• You live in the 45140 ZIP Code.
• Visit us during regular business hours.

Requirements for ongoing support

If you need ongoing support from LIFE Food Pantry, you must:

• Live in the 45140 ZIP Code.
• Have income that falls within The Emergency Food Assistance Program (TEFAP) guidelines. Follow this link to see if you qualify.
• Complete paperwork at your second visit, and then each year starting July 1.

What to bring with you to complete your paperwork

If you live in subsidized housing, you must bring:

• Current photo ID for the head of household.
• If you have school-aged children, bring one of the following: school document, medical card, or insurance card for each child.
• If you have children who are not yet old enough for school, bring one of the following: birth certificate or crib card.
• A copy of your current lease (if you have lived there for less than one year) or re-certification papers that you receive every year after your first year of the lease. 

If you do not live in subsidized housing, you must bring:

• A photo ID for every adult (over 18 years of age) living in your household.
• A piece of mail with current address for each adult household resident.
• If you have school-aged children, bring one of the following: school document, medical card, or insurance card for each child.
• If you have children who are not yet old enough for school, bring one of the following: birth certificate or crib card.
• A bill in the head of household’s name. It must show a current Loveland address in the 45140 ZIP Code. It must be dated within the last 30 days. This shows proof of residency.

We can only offer limited food assistance to those who do not provide a valid ID or proof of residency.

Receiving financial assistance

Requirements for applying for financial assistance

To apply for financial assistance, you must:

• Be registered at LIFE Food Pantry.
• Complete a financial assistance request form in person at LIFE Food Pantry.
• Routinely use pantry services.

If this is your first visit to LIFE Food Pantry, you can apply for limited financial assistance. LIFE Food Pantry processes most requests for financial assistance within seven working days. We send all money for financial assistance directly to utility companies or landlords.

We can only accept financial assistance request forms that are completed in person at LIFE Food Pantry.
