Every year, along with the assistance of Loveland City Schools, a food drive takes place to collect food items to supply Thanksgiving baskets to our clients!
Thanksgiving Baskets are a collaborative effort through the LIFE Food Pantry with the Loveland Schools Pass It On event and Northstar CARE Center. The basket includes complete “fixings” for a Thanksgiving meal including a turkey. Fully registered clients of the pantry may register for the 2021 Thanksgiving Baskets through Saturday, November 6th during pantry hours. IF you live in Macarthur Park, Loveland Pines, ChapelWood or Westover Village, your basket will be delivered on Saturday, November 20th between 11:00 a.m. and 1:00 pm. Someone must be home to receive delivery. If you do not live in one of the complexes, you may pick up your basket at Prince of Peace Lutheran Church (101 S. Lebanon Rd.) on Saturday, November 20th from 10:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. or Tuesday, November 23rd 11:00 a.m. – 12:30 p.m.
